Ordering & Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Certain jurisdictions may have restrictions on specific research compounds. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that the products ordered are legal to import and possess in their jurisdiction.
Standard shipping: 5–10 business days (international). Express shipping: 2–5 business days (where available). All orders include tracking information sent via email.
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are best stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C (standard refrigeration) for short-term use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified in the included documentation.
Purity & Testing
Our purity claim is verified through High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) analysis performed on every batch. This means that ≥99.97% of the measured compound in each product is the intended molecule, with ≤0.03% impurities.
Yes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every product and every batch. You can request COAs directly from our support team or download them from each product page.
All Sphinx Peptides products are manufactured by Bachem AG in Bubendorf, Switzerland, under strict pharmaceutical-grade cGMP conditions with FDA, Swissmedic, and EMA regulatory oversight.
Subscriptions & Billing
When you subscribe to a monthly protocol, you receive 40% off your first month and 20% off every subsequent month. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled anytime from your Account Dashboard.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, add or remove add-ons, or pause your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Log in to your Account Dashboard, navigate to Subscriptions, and select "Cancel." Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Returns & Compliance
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
